Usage-Based Add-On Services

(Pay-As-You-Go)

Your monthly subscription includes platform access and the services listed in your plan.
Some optional features inside the CRM are billed separately based on actual usage.

These are pay-as-you-go services, meaning charges only occur when you actively use them.

What This Means

If you choose to use certain communication or AI-powered features, the system applies usage charges automatically based on activity inside your account.

These charges are not invoiced in advance and are not included in your monthly subscription fee.

Services That May Generate Usage Charges

Below are services that may create additional charges if enabled or used:

Phone & Calling

Includes inbound and outbound calling minutes.

SMS / Text Messaging

Charges apply per text segment sent and received.

Conversation & Voice AI

Charges apply when AI messaging or AI voice calling features are used.

WhatsApp Messaging

Charges apply per WhatsApp conversation or message usage.

Reviews AI

Charges apply per AI-generated review response.

Domain Purchase & Renewal

Charges apply when a domain is purchased, transferred, or renewed through the CRM.

Current Usage Rates

Rates listed below reflect the current platform/provider pricing and may change over time based on carrier and vendor updates.

Phone Calls

Outbound calls: $0.02408/min

Inbound calls: $0.01462/min

SMS / Text Messaging

Text messages: $0.014276 per segment

Conversation & Voice AI

AI messages: $0.021 per message

AI voice calls: $0.1365 per minute

WhatsApp

WhatsApp usage: $0.0777 per usage

Reviews AI

AI review responses: $0.015 per response

Domain Purchase

Domain purchase: $12 per domain

Domain renewal: $12 per year (if applicable)

Rates may change and are billed at the active provider rate at the time of usage.

Billing & Payment Terms

Automatic Billing

Usage-based charges are billed automatically through the payment method on file.

Responsibility for Usage

The client is responsible for all usage charges generated through their account, including usage created by:

the client

staff/team members

authorized users

automations enabled within the CRM

No Pre-Billing

Usage services are not billed ahead of time. Charges apply only after usage occurs.

Non-Refundable Usage Charges

Due to the nature of communication services and AI usage, all usage-based charges are non-refundable once the service has been delivered (calls placed, messages sent, AI responses generated, domains purchased/renewed).

How to Control Costs

To avoid unexpected usage charges, clients may:

limit automation triggers

restrict staff access

monitor messaging/calling volume

request usage thresholds or alerts (if available)
