Your monthly subscription with CoreService Associates covers platform access and the services listed in your service agreement. Certain features are powered by third-party telecommunications and technology providers and are billed based on actual usage. These charges are separate from your monthly subscription fee.

We are committed to full transparency about how these fees work so there are no surprises on your invoice.

PHONE CALLS

Phone services are delivered through the LeadConnector (LC) Phone system.

Local phone number: $1.15 per month Toll-free phone number: $1.94 per month Making calls: $0.0147 per minute Receiving calls: $0.008925 per minute

Note: A2P brand registration and call transcription charges are not included in rebilling and are handled separately. Rates are based on US and Canada pricing. Rates for other countries may vary.

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)

Text messages are billed per segment, not per message. A standard message under 160 characters counts as one segment. Messages over 160 characters are split into multiple segments and each segment is billed separately. Messages containing emojis reduce the character limit from 160 to 70 characters, which may result in additional segments.

Outbound SMS: $0.008715 per segment Inbound SMS: Free

Note: Attaching any image, video, or media file to a message converts it to MMS and is priced differently. Failed messages where a delivery attempt was made are still billed. Messages that fail before reaching the carrier are not charged.

EMAIL SENDING

Email is delivered through the LeadConnector (LC) Email system.

Email sending: $0.000709 per email Email address verification: $0.002625 per verification

Note: New accounts are subject to a mandatory email ramp-up schedule enforced by LeadConnector during the first 8 days. Sending limits increase automatically each day as your account builds sender reputation with inbox providers. This is a LeadConnector platform requirement and is not controlled by CoreService Associates.

WHATSAPP MESSAGING

WhatsApp business messaging is available as an add-on communication channel.

AI SERVICES

AI-powered features are billed based on actual usage. Phone and SMS charges are billed separately from AI charges.

DOMAINS

Domain registration and renewal fees are billed at cost plus a small service margin.

Domain purchase: $10.50 per domain

Note: Domain pricing may vary depending on the domain extension and current registrar rates at the time of registration or renewal.

DEDICATED IP ADDRESS

A dedicated IP address is available for clients with high-volume email sending needs. This is recommended for accounts sending high volumes of email per week and provides improved inbox delivery rates by separating your sending reputation from shared platform users.

HOW USAGE FEES ARE BILLED

Usage fees are tracked through your account wallet. Charges are deducted as usage occurs, not at month end. When your wallet balance drops below the minimum threshold, your card on file is automatically charged to reload it. You can view your usage and wallet balance at any time from your client portal. Usage fees may appear on your invoice as a separate line item, distinct from your monthly subscription.

YOUR ACCOUNT WALLET

Your account wallet is a prepaid balance inside your Client Portal that funds all usage-based charges including phone calls, text messages, phone number fees, and AI services. Think of it as a prepaid balance that gets drawn down as you use your services.

How it works

All usage charges are deducted from your wallet in real time as they occur. When your wallet balance drops below your set threshold, your card on file is automatically charged to reload it. Keeping your wallet funded ensures your calling, texting, and messaging services stay active without interruption.

What draws from your wallet

Every call made or received, every text message sent, your monthly phone number fee, and any AI or communication service usage all draw from your wallet balance in real time.

If auto-reload fails

If your card on file is expired, declined, or removed, the reload will not go through. When your wallet balance reaches zero, your services can be interrupted until funds are restored. Always make sure your payment method is current.

Wallet funds are non-refundable

Wallet funds are generally non-refundable once added. This is a platform policy governed by LeadConnector and GoHighLevel, not CoreService Associates. We recommend starting with a modest balance and adjusting your reload settings as you get a feel for your monthly usage.

How to check your wallet

Log into your Client Portal, click Settings, and select Wallet and Billing. From there you can view your current balance, transaction history, reload threshold, and reload amount, and update your payment method.
